The financial planning industry has been distrusted and let’s face it at times ethically dubious.  Whilst industry participants generate income through product providers the business of delivering the advice will remain secondary to the amounts of products that were able to be placed.

To be paid by the product providers is akin other sales industries which arguably does not naturally have the best interests of the clients at their core of their responsibility.  Due to this JP Financial Planning has taken the decision to avoid conflicted remuneration.  This ensures that client can be absolutely certain that planning is in their best interests and not those of the product providers that they are using.

You come to a financial planner for a financial plan and not a series of products. The products are integral however are a result of holistic planning and should not dictate how your financial plan is constructed.
